Payments & Invoices


We operate on one and only payment terms. That is full prepayment at the time of booking and non-refundable. If your credit card is declined we can wait only for 48 hours and than we need to cancel your reservation.

Payment is charged in Czech currency by using actual exchange rate.

Payments in cash are not possible as we do not have reception and we can not send people to take a money.
