Check IN / Payment Procedure

When you book with us, we get in touch with you and confirm the pre-payment. 

If the payment is declined, we inform you immediately and usually you have 48 hours to modify your credit card details. If we do not hear from you, after 48 hours your reservation is automatically cancelled via our system.

Payment is charged in Czech currency by using actual exchange rate.

When payment is confirmed, we inform you via ,Thank you message, and we send important arrival information via special link.

If you have reservation with booking.com or airbnb we send arrival information via messages on those websites, if you book directly with us, we send you link via email.

As we are not a hotel but studios, we do not have any reception, it is very important to have those information and we always ask for receiving confirmation from our guests that all is understandable. It is also the reason why we can not accept any cash payments on the spot and we require full pre-payment. 

Earliest we send all necessary arrival information 1 month before your arrival date.

LAST MINUTE BOOKINGS - if we receive last minute reservation (2 days or less before arrival), usually from Monday till Friday we get in touch with client within 24 hours and clients have to check messages. During the weekend we are available on the phone.
