Cancellation policy

We operate on one and only payment terms. That is full prepayment at the time of booking and non-refundable. If your credit card is declined we can wait only for 24 hours and than we need to cancel your reservation.

When making a reservation on booking.com, booking.com itself gives you information regarding the payment and cancellation condition. When making a reservation, you automaticaly agreed with non-refundable conditions before confirm the reservation and all your details. The terms of the pre-payment non refundable reservations require full payment to be made at the time of booking. Payment will be processed and debited from the authorized credit card account. No refund will be offered for cancellations, no-shows and early departures. Changes or amendments to the reservation will be termed as cancellations and no refund will be offered.
